Why is there a restocking fee?
A 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. It covers the cost of inspecting and reprocessing returned items. The fee is deducted from your refund.
Can I return an item I have already opened, used, or installed?
Items that are opened, used or installed are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please get in touch and we will take a look.
You sent me the wrong item, what happens now?
If we made an error with your order, we will arrange the remedy at no cost to you, with no restocking fee and no return shipping charge. Please contact us with your order number and photos of what you received and we will get it sorted.
How long does a refund take to arrive?
Once your refund has been issued, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account. This timeframe starts from the date the refund is issued, not from the date your return is received at our warehouse. Your bank's processing time may affect the exact date it appears.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is charged at the actual carrier rate and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Where we delivered your order free of charge or at a subsidised rate, the actual cost of that delivery may be deducted from your refund. If we sent you the wrong item, or it is faulty or damaged, we cover return shipping.
I am outside the 30-day window, can I still return my item?
Our change-of-mind return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are outside this window, please reach out and we will review your case. Faults are always covered.
